Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following. All participants will be expected to observe these rules.
Auction premises are under video and audio surveillance. Any acts of theft will be prosecuted.
Persons under age 16 will not be permitted to enter previews or auctions.
Photo ID is required to register. Only properly registered bidders who have been issued a bidder number will be allowed to place bids.
Disassembly of items or opening computer cabinets, cases, etc. will not be permitted without express permission from Incredible Auctions. Violators will be prohibited from participating in future auctions.
Bidders are responsible to know what they are bidding on and should further inquire or not-bid if they are uncertain.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Bidders are invited to inspect items on which they wish to bid and make their own determinations as to condition and value.
Bükoos Deep Six Incredible Auctions may provide basic product information. This information IS NOT A GUARANTEE of any kind and may be subject to errors or inaccuracies.
No person is permitted to move items between lots. Any person found to be moving items will be ejected from the auction and prohibited from future participation.
Bükoos Deep Six Incredible Auctions reserves the right to refuse participation to any person or to reject any bid where it feels such is not in the best interests of the seller.
After placing a winning bid, lots must be paid for in full in cash on the day of the sale. Other payment methods must be pre-approved prior to the sale. Any person who fails to pay where they are evidenced to
have placed the winning bid will be prohibited from participation in all future auctions.
Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. All buyers wishing to purchase tax exempt must complete a Utah State Exemption Certificate (Form TC-721) which will be filed in the registration office with a copy of their
tax license. Tax exempt registration must be completed prior to the sale.
The buyer must remove all purchased lots from the premises on the day of the auction unless other arrangements are made.
The auctioneer reserves the right to settle all questions regarding the placement of bids and determination of winning bids.
Bükoos Deep Six Incredible Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any item from the preview or auction at any time, even after it has been advertised.
